Account Deactivation: August 3rd or sooner:
Accounts of swimmers who have not re-registered for the 2025/26 season will be deactivated on August 3rd or as soon as their financial obligations have been met.

24/25 Service Hour Charges:

Per our 2024/25 Service Hour Policy, all unworked service hours will be billed to your payment method on file on 8/1. Please verify your service hours as soon as possible and contact our Service Hour Coordinator, Rafael, if there are any hours missing.

Web Photos

Do you love photos and want to help ensure that the team has a solid photo archive? Do you want to have a set job to knock out many of your service hours?

If so, consider taking on the Web Photo position. This position is responsible for posting current photos to the PST website and ensuring photos are archived correctly for future use. This person is responsible for collecting photos from the community that will capture all meets from beginner to expert.

This position fulfills five service hours. If interested, please email Anne at secretary@piedmontswimteam.org

Preparing for the 2025-26 Season:

For existing families who have another child who is interested in joining PST, we will be hosting tryouts on Tuesday, August 19th through Thursday, August 21st at the Montclair Swim Club. For details, tryout expectations, and to secure a spot on the tryout list, please email Kelley at joinpst@piedmontswimteam.org.

The new season will start on Monday, August 18, for the Titanium Group and on Saturday, August 23, for our Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Year Round High School (YRHS) groups. The first term for our Green Group will begin on Monday, August 25.

Team Banquet:

Our annual Team Banquet for the 2024 - 2025 Season will be held on Wednesday, August 20th. All PST members and their families are invited to this end of season celebration.

Safe Sport:
This month we are highlighting the PST Photography policy. Photos are a fun way to capture the excitement of a meet, or a team gathering. With the team’s growing presence in social media, it’s important to be aware of the do’s and don’ts when it comes to photographing and sharing the images.

This Week:

Today, Sunday, July 20th: Last Day of RESL Meet. All practices are cancelled.

Monday, July 21st: All practices are cancelled. Staff and swimmers are recovering from RESL and all practices are cancelled.

Exception: Titanium swimmers who are competing at Far Westerns and Futures will swim in the afternoon.

July 23rd through July 26th: Future Championships (location: Sacramento, CA). Good luck to our participant: Cole C.

Next Week:

July 31st through August 3rd: LCM FarWestern Championships (host: SCSC). All qualifiers should attend. Sunday, August 3rd: Last practice of the 24/25 swim season and Coach Rob’s official last practice before his well-earned and deserved retirement. To give him a big send-off, all groups will be swimming at Mills from 8:00 to 10:00 am.

Practices at ECCL are cancelled.

Monday, August 4th: Start of PST’s Summer Break. No practices. Coaches will be on break and will respond to messages after they return on August 18.
