Looking for information regarding swim meets?

Check out the meet section below. The week before a meet, it is updated with warm up times, sign up information and any other necessary details. Right now it is updated with information for the Block Party meet on Saturday!

Parent Education:

The recording and slideshow of our New Member Meeting from Thursday night are now posted on our website under the Parent Info —> Parent Education tab. You will need to be logged in to view it.

Update your PST Account with T-shirt Sizes, Bank Details:

Today is your last opportunity to switch from Credit Card to ACH for your monthly or annual swimming dues, and with that, avoid the 4% credit card processing fee.

How to sign up for meets and volunteer roles:

There are two separate, but equally important components to participating in swim meets: (1) sign your swimmer up for the meet and (2) sign yourself up for a volunteer shift! Directions for both are below:

Signing up your swimmer for a meet:

Registration for most, if not all of our swim meets is through FastSwims. To register, you must create an account using your swimmer’s USA Swimming number. This number can be found logging into the website under “My Account.” Once there, click “Members” at the top, then the USA Swimming Icon. Your swimmer's number will be on the right.
Once your account is set up, you will see a listing of events by date. When the meet opens (usually a Monday morning about six weeks prior to the event), you can click the arrow on the right, then click enter.
Once on the registration page, you will click the boxes on the right for the events your swimmer wants to swim, and will check out.
Fun fact: the “meet sheet” is published well in advance of the meet opening. It has a range of details regarding the meet, including location, and more importantly, a listing of events so you can talk to your swimmer about what they want to swim!

Signing up for a volunteer shift:

Sign ups for volunteer shifts typically open on Monday 8PM the week prior to the meet and close late Wednesday evening. You can find sign ups on the website under Events.

Don’t worry if you haven’t done the job before, the other parent volunteers will happily get you up to speed. Descriptions for all the jobs are here.

Pro tip: sign up early to get the job and time slot that works best for you, as unfilled jobs get assigned to families with registered swimmers per our service hour policy.

This Week’s Top Tip:
How does your swimmer feel before a meet? Some swimmers may already have a pre-race routine that helps them center themselves, and some may be exploring what works for them. If your swimmer gets nerves, you can help them try out techniques like journaling, listening to music, yoga, muscle relaxation, or breathing exercises to help them relax. The upcoming Block Party meet is a fun, low stress environment that can be a great opportunity to start developing their own routine.

Saturday, 9/13: One Day Block Party Meet. Registration is now open and will close on 9/10. Volunteer job signs-ups will open on 9/8 and close on 9/10.

10/13/25: Indigenous Peoples Day. Practices at ECCL are cancelled for Bronze, Silver, and Green Group.
10/31/25: Halloween. All afternoon practices are cancelled. Morning practices as scheduled.

10/18-19: Senior Open (host: OAPB). All swimmers (13&O) from Titanium, Platinum, and YRHS should attend
10/18-19: C/B/BB+ Meet (host: TBD). Swimmers from Green, Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold and 12&Y from Platinum should attend.
11/7-9: Senior 2 Prelims and Finals Meet (host: PLS). All qualifiers to attend on all three days!
11/8-9: C/B/BB+ Meet (host: AAA). All swimmers from Green through Platinum to attend on both days! Titanium swimmers without Senior 2 times need to attend as well.
12/5-7: Senior 2 Prelims and Finals Meet (host: TBD). All qualifiers who are not attending Junior Nationals or Sectionals need to attend on all three days!
12/6-7: C/B/BB+ Meet (host: TERA). All swimmers from Green through Platinum to attend on both days! Titanium swimmers without Senior 2 times need to attend as well.
12/10-13: Junior Nationals (location: Austin, TX). All qualifiers to attend.
12/12-14: 14 & Winter Under Age Group Champs (host: SRVA). All qualifiers need to attend.
