- FRIDAY – Meet begins at 11:00 AM on Friday. Warm-ups will be from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM.
- SATURDAY/SUNDAY – Meet begins at 9:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. Warm-ups will be from 7:00 AM to 8:45 AM.
The start time for finals on Saturday and Sunday will be announced later. There will be an one-hour warm-up before the beginning of finals each day. SCRATCH RULES
- The meet will be pre-seeded for Friday events with a scratch deadline of Wednesday, July 8 at 5:00 PM. Email all Friday scratches to swimfast2400@aol.com.
- Saturday and Sunday events will be deck seeded.

- Platinum & YRHS: 7:00 AM
- Titanium: No later than 8:00 AM
MANDATORY PRE-RACE HYPE MEETING
- Everyone should be at the PST team canopy for a pre-race hype meeting at:
- 10:50 AM on Friday
- 8:50 AM on Saturday and Sunday
MEET JOBS
- Meet job sign-ups will open at 8 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2026.
- This is the last team-(co)hosted meet of the season. We need every family to volunteer.
- If you have taken home any team equipment from the Napa meet that you are planning to bring to RESL, please contact Helen Cramer no later than 9 a.m. on Sunday, July 5, 2026.
- Team equipment must be dropped off at 4:15 PM on Thursday, July 9, 2026 for meet set- up. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO EQUIPMENT DROP-OFFs before 4:15 PM on Thursday, or any other day/time. Please plan accordingly.
PARKING
- There is a strict policy of absolutely zero loading, drop-offs, or pick-ups directly in front of the pool, and stopping in the red zones is prohibited. Please park in the main parking lot next to the entrance gate.
CAPS
- We will be racing with a uniform team theme and everyone will wear our white swim caps for prelim sessions, and pink caps for finals. Using other caps, even loosely team-themed caps such as our Club Championships custom color caps, is not allowed. If your swimmer has lost or ripped either of those caps, please contact Anne at secretary@piedmontswimteam.org this week about replacing them.
