| While we still have a few meets left this the season, this is the last newsletter until August 9, 2026. A few reminders for those of you attending the last two meets of the season:
- We will need you to volunteer! Meet jobs open at 8pm on the Monday prior to the meet, and will close on Wednesday evening. All unfilled jobs will be assigned. (AGC families, this may be done via email)
- A quick ask…the Volunteer Coordinators will both be on vacation the week before the Far Western Minus Meet - Please sign up and don’t wait to be assigned as our availability to manage this will be limited.
A few reminders to prepare for the 50th Season: Our 2025-2026 Banquet is scheduled for August 19th. Dinner starts at 5:30 at the Piedmont Community Hall. Award presentations to follow at the Piedmont High School Theater. Our MANDATORY Safe Sport Training and Parent Orientation is scheduled for August 29, 2026 in the morning. All swimmers and one parent per family are required to attend. Our 2026-2027 Meet and Event Calendar is linked here. Our 2026-2027 Practice Timetable is on page 21 of the Handbook linked here.
