Important Details:

• The theater is a 5 minute walk from Community Hall. 
• Absolutely NO food or drinks allowed in the theater! Please leave these items outside in the lobby before entering.
• Award nominees should sit in the designated rows on the front right side of the theater.
• We greatly appreciate help carrying the flowers to the theater and placing them on the lobby table.

Safe Sport/Team Meetings MANDATORY In-Person Training Sat August 29th:

Save the date: Saturday, August 29th PST will host a mandatory Team Parent Meeting with our coaching staff and in-person Safe Sport training with Michael Mares, USA Swimming Safe Sport Manager of Education & Resolution, at Ellen Driscoll Auditorium in Piedmont (325 Highland Avenue). 

This is our annual in-person training which is a great way to complete your mandatory Safe Sport training. Reminder: all PST families are required to have at least one parent/guardian and all athletes 13 & up complete USA Swimming Safe Sport training every year. 

Additionally, coaches will be reviewing season details, such as coaching structure, meet schedule, and practice expectations.

8/29 In-person Training Schedule @ Ellen Driscoll Auditorium: 

• 9-9:45 am: 13 and over athletes + at least one parent/guardian*
• 9:50-10:20 am: Parent Meetings (Separate meetings for Developmental, Age Group and Senior)
• 10:30-11:00 am: 12 and under athletes + at least one parent/guardian*

*If a parent/guardian has athletes in both the U12 and 13+ age groups, the parent/guardian is only required to attend one session. 

There were be an opportunity to hang out and get to know your teammates and other parents following the meetings on the playground.

This Week:

Mon, 7/13: Bronze, Silver, Platinum, YRHS practices are cancelled. The day after RESL coaches and swimmers need a break.

Important: Families need to plan to be there ALL DAY on Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday!

7/17-19: 14&U AGC Championships (location: Morgan Hill). Good luck to our participants:

Volunteer sign up needs will be emailed directly to families. It a small group, and everyone should plan to be available when their swimmer is participating.
