| If you are new to TeamUnify, it can be a little tricky to use. As you get started, here are a few things to keep in mind: Set up one account per family, and all users should use the same login and password. Setting up a second account for the same swimmer does not work well within the system. If you want the newsletter and other communications to be delivered to multiple email addresses, you can add emails and phone numbers as additional contacts in the account settings. To get to account settings, click “My Account” in the top right corner. Then use the left tool bar to select “My Account.” In the “Account” tab you can add “alternate email” and the “Mobile/sms” fields to add additional emails and cell phones to receive team communications. Volunteer sign ups are located in the “Events and Competition” tab found on the left bar of the screen. Once there, click “Team Events.” Then “Job Sign Up” Job signups generally go live at 8pm the Monday before the event. You will not be able to click into that field until the jobs open. They generally stay open for 48 hours before jobs are assigned to those who haven’t signed up. The TeamUnify Website houses lots of team specific information, but you have to log in to see it. Once you do, you will see the weekly newsletter, and upcoming events
