Important - Parking Reminders at PST Facilities:

Dear PST Families,

It goes without saying that we rely on positive relationships with the different communities whose pools we use for practices.

It is a shared responsibility to maintain these relationships, and we need parents to follow the parking requirements for each facility.

Please refer to specific instructions for each pool location in this document, along with screenshots indicating unavailable parking/access in red, and available parking in green.

Thank you for adhering to these requirements.

2025 PST Swim-A-Thon

LIVE on the website

What is a Swim-A-Thon?

Swim-A-Thon is a USA Swimming Foundation approved fundraiser used by swim teams all over the United States to raise money for their respective club. To raise money for Swim-A-Thon, swimmers receive pledges and donations from family members, friends, neighbors, and local businesses.

Please join us for our first annual Swim-A-Thon! A Swim-A-Thon is a great opportunity to bring our community together for some fun while supporting our team. The Swim-A-Thon will take place for all groups at Mills on 3/29.

Spring and Summer Schedule

As you plan your and your swimmer's spring and summer, please refer to our meet calendar for important dates, such as swim-a-thon, club championships, Reno Meet, RESL Meet, etc.

We hope to have as many swimmers participate in these super fun team events as possible.

Got Photos?

Did you know that PST archives team photos in addition to posting them to our Instagram account?

If you or your swimmers take photos at meets or team events, please send them to photo@piedmontswimteam.org. They will be “Safe Sport” checked and uploaded to the website.

This Week’s Top Tip:

FOR SWIMMERS: Six very important reasons why you should arrive 15 min early to every practice:

  1. It will give you an opportunity to talk and bond with your coach;

  2. Gives you time to talk and bond with friends;

  3. Gives you an opportunity to get changed, refill your water bottles, use the bathroom, put on goggles and caps on and start swim practice on time;

  4. Gives you the opportunity to do mobility, roll out and get ready for a more productive session;

  5. Teaches you the importance of time management, and with that build important character traits for later in life; and

  6. Shows immense respect toward our sport and the coaching staff.
