Annual Dues- If you choose the annual dues option, the full yearly dues amount will be charged according to our financial policy on September 1st

Your Feedback Matters! Complete Parent and Swimmer Surveys by July 2

PST's coaching staff and Board of Directors are committed to continually improving the experience for every swimmer on our team. To help us achieve this goal, we’re sharing two brief surveys – one for parents and one for swimmers. Your honest feedback will help us understand what's working well and where we can make positive changes. Thanks for helping younger swimmers complete their surveys and for sharing the survey link with older swimmers.

This Week’s Top Tip:

“Swimming is such a small part of life. Yes, I love it. But at the end of the day, it’s just a sport. Whether you finish first or last, you’re still loved by the same people, and you still are who you are.”  – Allison Schmitt, 8-time Olympic medalist for Team USA.

Passion is a necessary ingredient for performing well and succeeding, so how does one have a passion for swimming, while at the same time, not allow that passion to devolve into something that’s all consuming? This article discusses two different forms of passion comprising what’s called “The Dualistic Model of Passion,” and tells us which one is the kind of passion you want to have as a swimmer.

It is a shared responsibility to maintain these relationships, and we need parents to follow the parking requirements for each facility.

Please refer to specific instructions for each pool location in this document, along with screenshots indicating unavailable parking/access in red, and available parking in green.
