Team Captain Update: Preparing for the Uncontrollables As we look ahead to the long course season, it’s a good time to reflect on things we’ve learned from competing at Far Westerns. Across all of our competitors, one lesson stood out: when the uncontrollables change, you need something to back off on. The weather, for example, was terrible. Three out of four days were overcast, windy, and rainy. These conditions, along with lane seedings and the performance of your competitors,...

PST Head Coach Update I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to our meet directors, Helen and Joanne; our head marshal, Vanessa; head Colorado, Rianna; our hospitality genius, Kira; as well as our officials, board members, and parent volunteers. Together, you delivered a fantastic meet last weekend. The feedback from coaches—both from our team and others—was overwhelmingly positive, and our swimmers did an outstanding job in the water. It was truly a pleasure to...

Update from Coach Adrien Our developmental pathway groups–Green, Blue and Bronze–have started 2026 off on a tear, and I want to recognize their success and enthusiasm so far. Our recent Block Party meet exemplifies that success. Green and Blue swimmers raced their first 200-yard individual medley, which is both a physically and technically challenging swim at that age. They did amazingly well, in many cases beating their best butterfly times on the first lap of an eight-lap race. More...

View the full schedule released by the city here. We will be in communication with the Piedmont Recreation Department in the coming weeks to better understand the pool time that is available to us and to begin working on a practice schedule that includes use of the Piedmont Pool. It is also important to note that even with the Piedmont...

Captains Corner: “The Difference a Team Makes” There’s always something different about racing when the entire team is on deck at once. That’s what makes this weekend special - it’s not just about racing, it's about being together as a team. Order of Events Saturday Sunday 1000 Free Platinum & YRHS...
